How to return purchased products?
At the Carapaks store you can return any purchased products within 14 days without giving any reason.
To file a return, please contact us via the contact form or email. Then place the product in packaging and send it to our address. Please note that we only accept returns if the returned products arrive to us within 14 days of filing a return.
Refund on shipping applies only to the cheapest shipping option available. See the store’s terms and conditions for more details.
